We take care of everything bookkeeping. We do invoicing, receive payments, pay bills, process payroll and payroll taxes (*for up to 10 employees), provide basic reports monthly, and work with your accountant/auditor annually to complete the tax filing and/or non-profit audit process.

We perform all work remotely, and will use tools and apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online to facilitate this process. In addition, we provide unlimited email support.

*Additional employees $20 each.

File Checkup

$500

We will examine your QuickBooks Online file to identify areas where errors may be present, or where you aren’t using QuickBooks to its full potential. We will analyze (as applicable) your company setup, bank reconciliations, chart of accounts, undeposited funds, billable time, sales tax, products & services list, vendor list, customer list, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, payroll taxes, and financial statements.

Upon completion, you’ll receive a summary report detailing the issues we’ve found and a recommendation on how to improve.

The Basics

You do your own bookkeeping. We check your work to ensure that your QuickBooks Online file remains healthy. We reconcile (*up to 3 bank/credit card accounts) monthly, provide basic reports monthly, and work with your accountant/auditor annually to complete the tax filing and/or non-profit audit process.

We perform all work remotely, and will use tools and apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online to facilitate this process.

In addition, we provide unlimited email support.

Training

$150 Per Hour

Want to do your own bookkeeping but need some tips on working in QuickBooks Online? Book a one-on-one training session! We'll customize the training to focus on just the areas you are having trouble with, and work in your own file so that you can be hands-on right away.
