We take care of everything bookkeeping. We do invoicing, receive payments, pay bills, process payroll and payroll taxes (*for up to 10 employees), provide basic reports monthly, and work with your accountant/auditor annually to complete the tax filing and/or non-profit audit process.
We strive to do all work remotely, and will use tools and apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online to facilitate this process. If necessary, we will come on-site once a week to complete the bookkeeping process.
In addition, we provide a free QuickBooks Online subscription and unlimited email support.
*Additional employees $10 each.

You do your own bookkeeping. We check your work to ensure that your QuickBooks Online file remains healthy. We reconcile (*up to 3 bank/credit card accounts) monthly, provide basic reports monthly, and work with your accountant/auditor annually to complete the tax filing and/or non-profit audit process.

File Checkup - $300
We will examine your QuickBooks Online file to identify areas where errors may be present, or where you aren’t using QuickBooks to its full potential. We will analyze (as applicable) your company setup, bank reconciliations, chart of accounts, undeposited funds, billable time, sales tax, products & services list, vendor list, customer list, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, payroll taxes, and financial statements. Upon completion, you’ll receive a summary report detailing the issues we’ve found and a recommendation on how to improve.
Cleanup - custom pricing based on File Checkup results
You've completed our File Checkup and now you need some Cleanup. We can help! We'll customize a Cleanup plan to fit your needs, and apply $100 of the File Checkup cost to your Cleanup.
Training - $300 (for up to 3 hours)
